A crucial part of your leadership role is to instil a sense of momentum in the agency.

The change of the calendar year is a really useful time to take action on that. The ceremonies of closing off and celebrating one year, and moving forward to the next. And the activities to launch into the new era of the agency in January with vigour.

In this session we'll explore useful and inspiring ideas to plan into finishing up this year, and your start back at work in January. As with everything in the Playbook, you'll take away some practical actions you can use straight away.

Plus, you'll hear from other agency founders on how they approach this, and we'll roll all the best ideas up into the new Playbook page.

Join us for 50 minutes, and get the ideas to start 2024 with the right momentum and motivation to make it a great year.

The Agency Leaders Playbook is the missing manual for designing and growing a creative/digital agency.

Founders are generally fantastic at doing whatever work the agency does for clients, but then find out they also need to run a business and lead a team.

Too often, they have to learn the hard way as they reach each new stage of growth.

They shouldn't have to deal with each new challenge on their own.

Other founders have dealt with these things before. The lessons have been learned.

By gathering together that knowledge and designing the tools that work, we can help make running an agency a little bit easier, a little bit more fun, and a lot more rewarding.
